1. Introduction

Welcome to HoriZen (“HoriZen,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible via enterHoriZen.com and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”). HoriZen provides science-based, user-friendly wellness practices—daily 5-minute activities, articles, community forums, and other digital tools—designed to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and enhance overall well-being.
These Terms of Service (“ToS” or “Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you and HoriZen. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1.2 Acceptance
If you do not agree to every provision, discontinue use immediately. Creating an account, browsing the site, or purchasing a subscription constitutes acceptance. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.
1.3 Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted (or when we notify you by e-mail). Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Where local law requires, inaction for fourteen (14) days after notice counts as acceptance.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and promptly update any changes.
3.3 Security
You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Report unauthorized use to support@enterHoriZen.com immediately.
3.4 Additional Criteria
Certain advanced features may require additional acknowledgements of health or capacity.
4. User Conduct
You agree to follow all applicable laws and not to:
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content;
- Infringe intellectual-property rights;
- Spread malware or attempt to breach security;
- Harvest data or use unauthorized bots/scrapers;
- Harass, threaten, or stalk anyone;
- Circumvent access controls or create fraudulent accounts.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or notify authorities at our discretion.
5. Intellectual-Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
The Services and all HoriZen Content are owned or licensed by us. No rights are granted except the limited license below.
5.2 License to You
HoriZen grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Services.
5.3 User Content
You retain ownership but grant HoriZen a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, adapt, and promote your User Content for operating and marketing the Services. You warrant you have all necessary rights.
5.4 Third-Party Claims
If we receive a credible infringement claim, we may remove content or terminate repeat infringers.
6. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is explained in our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
7. Subscription Policy

** Introductory pricing is available once per user and renews at the standard rate unless you cancel before the term ends.
HoriZen may split the fee into multiple transactions, all clearly shown at checkout. Promotional trials or discounts may auto-renew at full price.
7.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before the end of the current cycle to avoid future charges.
7.3 Payment Method
You authorize us (and our processor) to store and charge your payment method for recurring fees and taxes. Your card issuer may add conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
7.4 Refunds
- No refunds once a subscription fee is charged, unless required by law or under a specific HoriZen policy.
- Mid-term cancellations remain active through the paid period with no pro-rata refund.
Regional withdrawal rights
- EU residents – 14-day right of withdrawal; if you accessed paid content, we may deduct a pro-rata amount.
- Certain U.S. states – 3-business-day cooling-off right; refund minus any applicable usage or fees.
Money-Back Guarantee (only if offered at checkout)
- E-mail support@enterHoriZen.com within 30 days of purchase and before the current term ends; and
- Show 12 consecutive days of active use (screenshots or similar proof).
When verified, we refund the subscription fee to your original payment method. The guarantee does not apply to one-time add-ons unless stated otherwise.
7.5 Non-Payment & Violations
We may suspend or terminate subscriptions for failed payments, suspected fraud, or Terms violations.
8. Termination
8.1 Your Right
Cancel any time via account settings or by e-mail; termination takes effect at the end of the paid term.
8.2 Our Right
We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, misconduct, or if we discontinue the Services.
8.3 Effects
Your license ends immediately. Sections on IP, disclaimers, liability, arbitration, and indemnity survive.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 “As Is”
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind.
9.2 No Guarantees
HoriZen makes no promises of specific results. Content is informational and not medical advice.
9.3 Liability Cap
HoriZen shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) fees you paid in the prior 12 months or (b) US $ 100.
9.4 User Disputes
You are solely responsible for interactions with other users; HoriZen may, but is not obliged to, intervene.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify HoriZen against claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- U.S. residents – Delaware law; arbitration under JAMS rules.
- Non-U.S. residents – Laws of England & Wales; arbitration under LCIA rules.
Individual arbitration is mandatory unless you opt out within 30 days. Class actions are waived. IP and small-claims matters may proceed in court.
12. Miscellaneous
- Severability – Invalid provisions are severed; remainder survives.
- Entire Agreement – These Terms and referenced policies are the full agreement.
- Assignment – We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
- Force Majeure – No liability for events beyond reasonable control.
- Relationship – The parties are independent contractors. Headings are for convenience only.
- English controls over translations.
